Ta Ta Maggie!

I got up this morning at the crack of dawn to head down to St Paul’s Cathedral and ensure I got a good spot for the funeral procession for ex-Conservative Prime Minister, ‘Iron Lady’ Margaret Thatcher.

Love or hate her, she certainly drew a crowd as 2,000 people attended the funeral service itself and many thousands more lined the streets to wish her goodbye or good riddance.

Here are some of my favourite shots from the event – hope you like them!

Police lined the streets all morning.
